hile group experiences have their charm, the world of yoga has evolved to a point where individual attention is a rarity. Many students yearn for a deeper understanding of yoga and want to ensure poses are aligned and tailored to their unique bodies.
Our instructors, who have over 23 years of yoga training,
(that's over 47,000 hours of teaching yoga per teacher), are dedicated to providing personalized and high-quality instruction in every session. This allows us to make precise adjustments, ensuring the poses are ideally suited to each individual's body.
Instead of giving students a yoga box and telling them to fit their bodies into this box,
we pull everything out of the box and see what we can use
and what can be stretched and bent to suit their bodies and needs. Many of our students have practiced with us for years, and when they take a private lesson, they are floored by how much more there is to learn! When students take a private lesson, they create a dedicated space to commit to their yoga practice. As teachers, we are able to share many valuable insights and teachings of yoga that we may not have the chance to share otherwise.
Private lessons are an opportunity to share the profound aspects of practice,
Private lessons are not just about learning poses, they are about igniting a spark of personal growth. In these sessions, we can explain the teachings and the whys, which can sometimes get lost in a flowing group class. A private session is like a mini-personal workshop; it benefits your mental and physical well-being, and has the potential to transform your life.
I never have a have a bad day after my sessions with you! Your sessions brighten me up!
