Include Yoga Therapy in your injury recovery plans.

Yoga Therapy, focusing on alignment, breathwork, and mental concentration, is a powerful tool for injury recovery and performance enhancement. By integrating these principles into your routine, you can amplify the benefits of other therapies you may be using to regain your sport. Yoga can help you recover from injuries more effectively and enhance your overall performance.

Learn how to move in yoga postures correctly

Yoga involves movements and postures that are not typical for the body. At CPY, we understand how to adapt these shapes to your body and modify the movements to suit your needs. This personalized approach ensures that yoga's unique shapes and postures are tailored to your individual situation, significantly impacting your well-being.

We work with all sports enthusiasts, from world-class athletes to the local pickleball champs! We love to work with active individuals who desire movement and are willing to do what it takes in yoga to get back to their routine.

Yoga Therapy requires your commitment.

Yoga is a practice, and you must attend more than one session to effectively aid in your injury recovery. This requires dedication and commitment, but rest assured, with this dedication, yoga can bring about significant improvements. By committing to your yoga practice, you take responsibility for your recovery and actively participate in your healing process.

Doc Rivers, the former coach of the Orlando Magic,

contacted us in early 2002, seeking a personalized, therapeutic style of yoga for himself, his family, and his basketball team.

We explained our profoundly personalized approach, which focuses on understanding individual needs and goals. This approach ensures that each person's unique situation is considered, making them feel understood and cared for. When Doc Rivers heard about this, he immediately subscribed to our Yoga Therapy sessions.

This approach, tailored to each individual, helps to calm the mind, improve body awareness, and promote healing. To this day, we continue to offer the same practice. Just like Doc Rivers decided to schedule private Yoga Therapy sessions for individual attention and privacy, we recommend this approach for all those seeking yoga as a therapy.
