Indra, the Yoga Dog, is asleep in her favorite spot, right in front of the fireplace at College Park Yoga. She loved to hang out after hours and enjoy all the good vibes and scents that students left there.
The BURN Kitchen Vegan Cuisine book signing was such a blast. You can get your copy at CPY or online at any of the major booksellers. It's a coffee table book with lots of pictures, and we like pictures.
You have to be in the warm and inviting space of College Park Yoga to feel it. Our students know the feeling of CPY; now you need to experience it, too. According to our students, it's like no other place on earth.

We have been serving up excellent yoga practice since 2001. If you have injuries, pain, ailments, diseases, or anything that prevents you from thinking you can do yoga (i.e., age) :), contact us.

We know how to help people learn yoga and how to use it in a way that changes their lives physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. And we aren't just talking. Come to the studio where we are known for making a difference, not just saying it.
