Last week, a devoted CPY student stood at the front door with a massive grin. "Do you know one of the reasons why I love to come to CPY", she asked. I said," I am not sure what you are referring to, "… LOL, and then she said

I love to hear the stories.

You always share beautiful stories about yoga, and I love hearing them. People need to listen to them.

She asked very fervently if I could start recording them. I told her she was in luck! I already had a few recorded. So today, the locust. Thank you, Marylou, for the reminder that stories make life an enjoyable treat, especially yoga stories.
