DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
Hydration is key to your success. Water naturally eliminates stress. It also prepares the body for movement and deep breathing. If you did not have time to hydrate before class, expect to rest frequently.
YOGA MAT RENTAL $2 ea. HAND TOWEL RENTAL - $1 ea
We highly suggest to bring your own mat. However, if you are new and do not own a yoga mat, please feel free to rent one of our high-quality sanitized yoga mats for $2. Hand towels are also available for rent - $1.
WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS
Dress comfortably. Wear something you are OK sweating in can move freely in. Your shirt or tank should fit the body without too much movement, especially when folding forward. Shorts should be fitting. If they are loose, the hem should be at mid-thigh to knee. .
KIDS, SENIORS, AND PRENATAL STUDENTS ARE WELCOME
Community Class on Saturday 9am, welcomes children ages 5 and up. Children from 12 and up are welcome to any class at anytime. Parents must sign a waiver for all children and teens taking class. (please read this blog to understand how CPY teaches kids) Active seniors are welcome to any session on the schedule. Seniors with injuries or extreme limited range of motion should sign up for a personal training session. Prenatal students in their 1st -2nd trimester are welcome anytime to any class.
