Theresa & Calvin have a vast history of supporting students through transitions in their life. Whether you are healing from an injury, preparing for a surgery, or recovering from an illness, there is a way for you to practice yoga comfortably. At CPY we believe in using movement and breathing to help restore the body and heal it. We will train you how to use the tools and techniques needed to create a yoga practice that will alter you to a better state of being.
At College Park Yoga, yoga is a restorative practice. We have taught thousands of yoga students this breath-by-breath practice that will change your life. We will work with you one-on-one to increase your understanding of postural alignment and deep breathing to help ignite the body's healing response systems. If you have severe physical limitations, or incurred a sports injury, or have issues with certain movements, please contact us for a yoga therapy consultation, so we can get you on the right path for a good yoga practice.
Our services range from kitchen takeovers and catering, to personal yoga therapy sessions, to space revitalization, and tension reduction therapy to corporate team-building yoga classes. We can also come to you for your events and parties!
