You will find yourself immersed into a splendor of sweat-filled greatness never known before. Verbal cues and hands-on assists from highly experienced teachers will make you feel immediately at peace. Come to this class even if you are new to CPY. T and C love to introduce students to practice and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. CPY is a pleasant and non-competitive yoga studio. Be prepared for class and make sure you are well hydrated and your most recent meal consisted of fresh food. Being prepared relieves stress causing factors in your body and makes you feel like liquid during yoga class. This practice focuses on calmly connecting to the heated, life-giving force known as Prana.
