BEGINNER DAY CLINICS
Learn what it really means to have a successful yoga practice. Beginners always fear the worst, being made fun of or laughed at. Fear of falling and knocking down rows of students. And, they fear their own body's limitations. At this workshop, we will eliminate every bit of fear you have and help you understand that yoga is truly a practice of peace & kindness. You will learn to apply specific techniques that will immediately help you control stress & anxiety. You will give your body space and time to learn the movements, and you will learn excellent, easy-to-use alignment techniques to practice every session. In 2 hours we will change how you look at yoga and yourself.
Every yoga class at CPY is a meditation class.
