In our 90 minute ashtanga vinyasa classes you will sweat, you will feel your heart beat, but what you won't feel here is that competitive workout vibe. Our classes are welcoming to beginners and truly open to all levels of students. We assist every person in the development of their practice and the more we see you, the more we can help you - no matter what level of student you are.
