In our 75 minute Ashtanga 101 you will discover a pulsing breath-by-breath rhythm of yoga practice that creates a calm state of being, while also developing physical strength and pliability. You will receive safe and gentle hands-on assistance. This helps you understand the postures and how they affect your body on a deeper level. People love CPY because of our unique hands-on work and our calming breath-by-breath approach toward movement and so will you.
Come to this class even if you are new to CPY. T and C love to introduce students to practice and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. CPY is a pleasant and non-competitive yoga studio. So, leave your worries at the door and come inside CPY to discover real inner peace.
