YOGA BASICS:  Is a steady flow of breathing and movement which allows you to feel calm and relaxed.  Let your body ease into the day with this practice.  If it doesn’t suit your schedule you may also try beginner power yoga or power yoga basics.

POWER YOGA BASICS:   A shorter and sweeter step into the astanga methodology.  Great for those of you stuck in traffic or at work late you can still squeeze your yoga in!  (astanga)

BEGINNER POWER YOGA:  Let the heat turn on!  Not externally, internally!  We build a sweat to detox not just your body but your mind too!  This practice is known as our  “no worries” class, only because there are none while on the mat.  Imagine a world where you are accepted as you are! POWER YOGA EXPERIENCE:  This flow was created to give you an ultimate release and to indulge yourself into moments of pure joy!  Allow yourself to release the nasty toxins you have inside, & experience what it really means to be alive (without tension, stress, or worries) and to just BE!  (check schedule for beginner variation Fri. AM, Wed. PM)

POWER YOGA:  HOLD ON TO YOUR BANDHAS!!  YEP!!  You heard that right!  We are talking some real power here!  Enjoy flowing with the warm rhythms of your ujjayi breath and discover- what’s that word again?  Oh yeah!  BLISS!  (Contrary to popular belief this class is not harder than other sessions, but if you have not been here ever before, we recommend at least taking 3 yoga sessions with us before you join us at  this level of astanga/power yoga.)(primary series)

COMMUNITY YOGA:  OK.  Here’s the real deal.  This is why we started this class and continue to offer it.  We wanted to find a way to say thank you to all the amazing students and communities who supported us.  The label for the class came to us because of this fantastic support we experienced during our first year (2001) and to this very day.  We created a 1 hour flow for everyone to have the opportunity to practice yoga even if you are on a tight budget & schedule!  It is only $5!

OPEN & FLOW: This class is only for the dedicated CPY student to practice at their own pace, flow, and time. AKA Mysore/ self practice.  In order to attend this class you must contact T or C to get important info regarding this special class.
